Two size Actuators: 4˝ diameter for 1 1/2˝ and 2˝ valves. 5˝ size for 2 1/2˝ and 3˝ valves. Made from T304 Stainless Steel. Position indicator stem on top of actuator shows open or closed position. The piston design of the SR-800 valve uses O-rings behind a Teflon wall to improve sealing and self-cleaning, and eliminate interior spaces where liquids and foreign matter can accumulate. The piston completely fills the valve interior, making it impossible for matter to collect. Rated for 150 psig, the valve operates in temperatures from 32° to 300°F. Standard 1-in. sanitary clamp connections are included. The controller supplies both the operating air and the atomizing air to the spray valve. A built-in operating air pressure regulator maintains transfer efficiency. The adjustable atomizing air creates pressure into the spray valve’s air cap, atomizing the material. This valve has an all stainless one piece stem which seals against the body O-ring for positive shut off. With this design, no seals, disks, or O-rings are fastened to the stem, which could cause product entrapment. Assembly modeling capabilities ensure accuracy and proper fit between the parts of fluid systems components, such as Swagelok's DR Series Sanitary Valve.
