With pressure range from vacuum to 125 psig and 0.42 Cv flow rate, Series 315L/415L offers 3-way and 4-way porting configurations and is available with 1/8 in. NPSF ports for in-line mounting. Momentary electrical signal changes valve's position, and magnetic latching mechanism maintains position until another signal returns valve to original position. Latching feature eliminates need for external air supply or continuous current to maintain position. Hand operated ball valve with BSP threaded female connections which can be locked in the open or closed position (padlock not included). Available in a straight through or vented version. Push-pull quick-release couplings. Connection by pulling back the sleeve and pushing the male coupling. Disconnection by pulling back the sleeve and pulling the male coupling. Balls latching. Poppet valves shut off. Connection without pressure. Disconnection under pressure not allowed. Zinc plated steel. BSP - NPT – SAE - Metric threads. Sizes include 3/8”, ½” 1”. Working Pressure 21 to 30 MPa. Rated flow from 50 to 230 l/min.

These valves are distinguished by the electrical piloted control, spring return and manual override. They are repairable and have a removable coil. The valves can be installed individually or in the form of a manifold (PAL-B manifold strip or PRS manifold block). Where design and dimensions are concerned, they are identical to the Tiger 2000 family of valves (type MFH-B). Watts Series 530C Calibrated Pressure Relief Valves are used in commercial, residential and industrial applications to protect against excessive pressure in systems containing water, oil, or air.
