Metal bellows welded to the stem and bonnet provide a continuous metallic barrier between the process fluid and the atmosphere to achieve zero emissions.For added security there is also a stuffing box above bellows for secondary sealing. Hy-Lok bellows valves offer a precision-formed metal welded bellows assembly. Hy-Lok bellows valves are panel mountable, with options including round and toggle handles, and pneumatic actuation. Sizes include 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2". End connection options include Hy-Lok tube fittings, male / female ZCR fittings, and tube butt welds. Hy-Lok bellows valves are assembled and packaged in a class 10 clean room.

Compact BE3L features zero leak, triple seal construction, where bellows, gland packing, and stem seal act as impermeable barrier between fluid and environment. Forged steel construction and stainless steel bellows are tested to withstand 10,000 cycles, and tight shutoff is accomplished via stellite hardened surfaces on valve plug and seat.
